Take bookings and payments inside WhatsApp

Your clients already message you on WhatsApp. This puts the booking, the deposit and the reminder in that same thread, with nothing for them to download.

Bookings that live in a WhatsApp thread have a way of going missing. Someone asks for Saturday, you reply between clients, the deposit never arrives and the slot sits empty anyway.

We build the booking into the chat. Pick a service, pick a time, pay the deposit on a link, without ever leaving WhatsApp. The interesting part is not the booking. It is the slot that hands itself back when nobody pays, the reminder that stops the moment a client cancels and the no show that quietly puts someone on deposit next time.

What's included.

Booking in the chat

A returning client is recognised from their number before they've typed anything. Services and open times arrive as tap-to-pick lists, not a menu to type numbers into.

Deposits and holds

The slot comes off the board the moment it's chosen. If the deposit doesn't arrive in time it goes back on, and the client is told plainly.

Reminders with buttons

A reminder the day before and again on the day, with confirm, reschedule and cancel as buttons. A cancellation is a slot you can still sell. Silence isn't.

After the visit

Everyone who arrived gets asked for a review. A no show is counted, and a second one means a deposit on every booking after that.

How it works.

  1. Scope

A week of your enquiries and bookings, measured and valued in rand, before anything gets built.

  2. Build

Capture, follow-up, reminders, feedback: assembled around how you already take bookings.

  3. Ship

Live on your WhatsApp business number. No new software for your team to learn, nothing to install.

  4. Run

We monitor it and fix breaks before you notice. Your monthly one-pager shows what it did, in rand.

Example: Salon Workflow.

Built for a Gauteng salon, where bookings were already arriving as WhatsApp messages. Three workflows run it: booking and deposit, reminders and replies, and the two hours after the visit. We don't name the salon here, but the workflows are laid out node by node on the portfolio.

Timeline and process.

Scoped per project, in writing, before we start. A system like this is usually live in 2 to 4 weeks, and nothing changes on your side until you say go.

Questions we get asked.

Do my clients need an app?

No. Their phone number is the account. No login, no booking page, nothing to install.

What happens if someone doesn't pay the deposit?

The slot is released and they're told so, with the door left open to book again. Nothing waits forever.

Can I decide which services need a deposit?

Yes. It's set per service. A colour or a treatment can carry one while a trim doesn't.

Will it replace my receptionist?

It replaces the typing, not the person. Anything that needs a human still reaches one.

Runs on WhatsApp, on your own number, and the accounts stay yours either way.
