[ AI lead follow-up ]

Never let a lead go cold

Every enquiry answered, qualified and followed up, after hours included, and handed to a person the moment it needs one.

Right now, your leads live in three inboxes and the follow-up lives in someone's head. The enquiry that came in at nine on a Friday night gets answered on Monday, if it gets answered at all.

We hand that to software that never leaves a lead waiting. It answers the common questions, asks the ones you'd ask, books the appointment, and keeps everything visible in one place. It speaks in your business's voice, not a robot's.

What's included.

Capture

Every enquiry lands in one place, whichever door it came through.

Qualify

The assistant asks what you would ask: what they need, when, and how to reach them. After hours included.

Follow up

Nobody is left on read. The reply goes out, the follow-up goes out, and none of it depends on someone remembering.

Hand-off

When a conversation needs a person, a person gets it, with a summary of what was said so far, marked plainly as a draft.

Reporting

Your monthly one-pager of what it did, in rand.

How it works.

  1. Scope

A week of your enquiries, measured. How many came in, how many got a reply, how many went quiet.

  2. Build

Capture, follow-up, onboarding, reminders. WhatsApp first, connected to the tools you already pay for.

  3. Ship

Live in 2 to 4 weeks. Nothing changes until you say go.

  4. Run

Monitored, tweaked, reported. You see the leads and the rand.

Example: LexAssist.

An intake prototype for a South African law firm. A client describes what happened over chat, the way they would already message the firm on WhatsApp. LexAssist asks for the employer, the date, the reason given, then the letter, and never once tells the client what any of it means legally. On the lawyer's screen a summary builds in step with the chat, marked as an AI draft, with a confidence score that only rises as real answers arrive and an urgency flag when a dismissal is recent enough to escalate.

See the LexAssist demo on the portfolio.

Timeline and process.

Scoped per project, in writing, before we start. We measure what you are losing first, so the build has a number to beat, and a system like this is usually live in 2 to 4 weeks.

Questions we get asked.

Will people know they're talking to software?

It answers in your business's voice and hands over the moment a conversation needs a person. Its notes to you are marked as drafts, never as decisions.

Which channels does it cover?

WhatsApp first, because that is where your clients already are. It connects to the tools you already pay for, so nothing is retyped.

How do I know it's working?

We measure what you're losing before we build, so you see exactly what came back. Then a one-pager every month, in rand.

Every lead captured. Every client followed up. Everything in one place.
