We build the portal that replaces that. The owners and the manager each get their own dashboard. Invoices go out monthly on their own, rent is tracked as it arrives, and income sits next to expenses. It installs on a Mac or an iPhone like an app, because it is one.

Is it for agencies or for owners?
It was built for owners who run their own units, with a manager in the loop. The roles are the point: each person sees what's theirs.
Does it go through the App Store?
No. It installs from the browser on a Mac or an iPhone and works like an app, so there is nothing to approve or update by hand.
Where does the data live?
In your own accounts, on Supabase underneath, and it syncs live. Your systems, your data.
